Uganda has been listed amongst countries with one of the highest road accident rates in the World. Despite several interventions, the statistics of road accidents has been growing in the last three years.
Yet many of these incidents could have been prevented, if it were not the case of slipshod mistakes. NTV’s Sudhir Byaruhanga camped on Jinja highway, which has turned into a death-trap to investigate the conduct of motorists and other roads users and he filed this report!
