A very easy speedrun task if you have the gear for it. There will probably be some fancy, high odds method of doing this task (probably by Kirby, I'll link it here when it exists) but for now the guide is:
1) Reset until you get a natural ruby proc (so just attack the boss once regardless of the starting phase, without using the ZCB spec, and leave if it doesn't spec). Then ZCB spec the boss and continue the kill as normal
2) Do a spike skip, detailed guide here: (   • Phantom Muspah Smite Skip Guide! + Wave Sp...  ) but essentially when the boss teleports middle before smite skip, just bow the boss twice from adjacent to it (tanking spikes if needed). You should also resummon your thrall in between the 1st and 2nd tbow hit, to avoid a 1/4 chance that you fail the skip due to overkill.
It's fairly lenient, in the video I miss the zcb spec, you should expect to get this task in under an hour (as long as you don't choke)

Very annoying task but it's not too difficult. Be careful of the moving spikes since you are moving slowly. Make sure to drop a spike in the middle (around where the marked tiles are) at some point as this will grow into a cage to trap Muspah, which is one of the conditions to finish the task. Then, after smite phase, just wait until Muspah is fully enclosed and finish the kill.

Overall, the tasks are quite easy, but the boss itself is not too hard so it's to be expected.
