建築師大熊曾在上海生活了十幾年。 5年前，他和妻子、2個孩子搬到崇明鄉村定居，將一片緊鄰河流的18畝半荒土地，建成永續農場，有稻田、食物花園，也有船屋、稻田劇場、草堂，並製造現代獨木舟，引人們探索運河文化。怎樣“開荒”，建一座沒有空調也愜意自適的家園？如何為年幼的孩子們留一片無憂的童年？

Architect Daxiong has lived in Shanghai for more than a decade. Five years ago, he settled down in the countryside of Chongming with his wife and two children. They transformed 18 mu of semi-wasted land beside the river into a sustainable farm, with rice fields, food gardens, boathouses, theaters, grass halls, and made modern canoes to explore canal culture. How to "reclaim wasteland" and build a home that is comfortable even without air conditioning? How to ensure a carefree childhood for the children?
