How To Make Homemade Rullepolse 🍴 Rullepølse

Rullepolse (Rullepølse ) is very versatile and can be made with any of the typical Scandinavian meats. There are so many Danish and Norwegian family favorite recipes. This delicious sandwich meat is served as an open face sandwich. Many times you will see this tasty sandwich meat served with smorrebrod on Christmas day. Here is a simple version that you can make at home. 🎉

Rullepolse Recipe
❄️Ingredients ❄️
3 pounds of pork loin
1 tablespoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 teaspoon of allspice
1/4 teaspoon of cloves
2 packages of gelatin
4-5 cups of water
2/3 cup of salt
1/3 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of peppercorns
3 pieces of cloves
2 bay leaves
