Chip Shop Curry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

250ml milk
100g butter
2 tbsp madras curry powder
2 tbsp cornflour
1/4tsp salt
1/2 small onion crushed

METHOD

melt butter in a pan on a medium heat
add in the cornflour and mix together
pour in the milk and mix well, than add in the madras curry powder, salt and onion
cook it all together for a few minutes than add in some water and cook for a further minute
your Chip Shop Curry Sauce is ready to be served. Enjoy!

Tip: if you would like the curry sauce to be of a runnier consistency than you may add in extra water
