Milwaukee's annual Holiday Folk Fair International allows you to experience cultural heritage from more than 50 different countries with its stimulating international bazaar atmosphere. International Institute of Wisconsin President & CEO Al Durtka introduces exhibitors and chefs behind the scenes who make the event a success. Recorded at the 70th (2013) fair, this special highlights the dancing and foods of various ethnic groups, and profiles the skills of artists as they create the folk art that defines their ethnic heritage.
