We’ll move ALL AROUND THE STEP in this fun pregnancy workout that is a combination of pregnancy cardio workout and step aerobics workout.
This step aerobics workout is suitable for first trimesters and second trimesters. All prenatal step aerobic exercises are easy to follow along, with happy and motivating music.

Step Aerobics is a wonderful way for us pregnant women to add an extra challenge to a low-impact workout. Since no prior knowledge of step aerobics is required, this full-body cardio session is a beginner step aerobics workout.
However, don’t get tricked by the word “beginner”, you will feel your legs burn! 🔥

Please note: Always consult with your doctor/midwife before exercising. Every woman experiences pregnancy differently and you should only do what feels good for you and your baby. Feel free to modify exercises or take breaks as needed.
