Fertilizer Packaging and Palletizing 15kg plastic bags with hybrid FILLstar and Mach2.1 palletizer. Dosing, bag filling and palletizing 15kg bags of SQM fertilizer. Nett weigher doses product. The hybrid SYMACH FILLstar bag filling machine can work with premade openmouth bags and as an FFS machine, make bags from a tubular roll. The bags are filled while maintaining the gussets. After filling the top of the bags is folded over by a dynamic top folder and closed by a Fischbein sewing machine. The closed bag is kicked over by a bag kicker, then conveyed via a bag labeling station and check weigher to the SYMACH palletizer. The fertilizer bags are stacked on a wooden pallet, but in this configuration can also be stacked on plastic rigid slipsheet for palletless palletizing. The rectangular pallet without product overhang is ready to be shipped.
