4222 Sugar 25kg wpp bag palletizing

Sugar bag palletizing, 25kg woven polypropylene bags in a 5 bag pattern. A total of 8 layers to create a total pallet load of 1 ton. This special bag palletizer places the bags accurately to optimize stability and prevent bag overhang. The inner stacking cage keeps the bags in position while new layers are added. After each new layer the top layer is pressed against the split plates to level each layer before adding a new layer. After palletizing the pallet is stretch wrapped using the SYMACH overhead arm pallet wrapping machine. Pallet conveying is done first by chain conveyors and at the end of the line roller conveyors. The end result is a stable, straight pallet without product overhang that can easily be loaded in a truck or container.
