Lemon Mojitos are one of the best ways to cool-off on a really hot day, especially during Indian summers. This Lemon Mojito, a mocktail version, has fresh Sabza seeds(easily swapped with mint) which makes it all the more cooling and refreshing.

Go for this Lemon Mojito at once!

Mint Lemon Mojito 🍋

1 lemon, cut into wedges
8-10 fresh mint leaves
2 tsp sugar (or to taste)
black salt
1 cup Sprite or soda water
Ice cubes
Mint sprigs (for garnish)
Lemon slices (for garnish)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

1. Muddle lemon wedges,mint leaves and sugar in a glass.
2. Add lemon juice,and ice cubes.
3. Top with sprite/sodawater and stir well.
4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, lemon slices, and chia seeds (if using).
5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
