Full wave rectifier is a converter it convert AC into DC
it consist of two diodes D1 and D2 are connected to the center taped transformer with a load resistor
normally diodes are operate or conduct in forward bias operation
during positive half cycle diode D1 are in forward bias and it conduct
and negative half cycle the diode D2 conduct and load resistor side the DC output voltage are filtered using capacitor.
