Range Rover Sport 2005-2009 sway bar (AKA, anti-roll bar, roll bar, or stabilizer bar) bushing replacement. Typically, warn sway bar bushings will present as metal-on-metal clunking when going over bumps as the sway bar hits the bare bracket, replacing the bushings should alleviate this noise.

MAKE SURE to apply grease (silicone or lithium) between the sway bar and the bushing before reinstallation to prevent squeaking/creaking.

ALSO I have successfully changed the sway bushings without jacking up the front end, as long as the wheels are equal in height, changing the bushings on the ground (or on rhino ramps) isn't a problem.
