Blackpool,s Festival House ,first wedding &Dove Release 12 JAN 2012

Blackpool Couple Kelly Goudie,and Simon Garrick made history, when they became the first to walk down the aisle of the Blackpool Wedding Chapel to get married.on the 12th Jan 2012.The chapel is housed in the new" Festival House " building on Blackpool,s Peoples Promenade ..another 130 couples are now planning to get married at the new wedding venue. .
The chapel has three ceremony rooms, the largest has a picture window, with views looking out to the famous Blackpool Tower and balcony with sea views..
On the ground floor there is also a tourist information Centre and Cafe.... The video is only part of the wedding ceremony on the day.conducted by David Hill the superintendent registrar,now retiring after 40 years. After the service White Doves were released .later a Reception was held for family and friends, at "The Sands Venue" on the Promenade between The Blackpool Tower and Coral Island.
