Marsh Mill,"Lancashire Night"

Helping to celebrate Lancashire Day at Marsh mill.Thornton.the Lancashire folk band Liquidambar who provided the music during a" Lancashire night "of entertainment.
along with a local Taylor,s Lancashire Hotpot supper with apple pie and a Proclamation & Loyal Toast to the Duke of Lancaster, along with Poems and readings in a true Lancashire dialect from Bob Dobson , with a prize for the best hand made Lancashire rose. Proceeds from the event organised by Margaret Croker will go to the Friends of the Marsh Mill Group. A Public Meeting will take place at the Mill on 24th Jan 2013 7pm for people interested in joining as a Friend of the Mill. . The song "Dirty Old Town" is used thanks to EMI publishing.
