Hey family!!! In today's video we're giving the stove/oven the day off! We make no cook meals all day long! Overnight Oats for breakfast, Pepperoni Pinwheels for lunch, and Chicken Salad Clubs for supper!

I just use the Pioneer Woman's base recipe, but I may leave some things out if I don't have them, like the flax seeds. You can also change the fruit and add whatever else you like. 😊👍

NOTE: I change it up to make it in mini mason jars.
So these ingredients are for each jar, so you can make as many as you like.
Ingredients
1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
diced strawberries
1/2 cup whole milk
1 to 2 tablespoons half-and-half or heavy cream
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Layer the oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, coconut, strawberries and apples, and brown sugar in small mason jars.
Gently pour in the milk and half and half. Add the vanilla. Put on the tops and give them a gentle shake. That's it! Keep in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.

Chicken Salad Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 bonelss skinless chicken, (or Rotisserie Chicken)
Red or Black seedless grapes
3-4 ribs of celery
About 1-1.5 cups of mayo
salt & pepper

Directions:
Cook chicken and shred.
Chop up grapes and celery and mix with chicken.
Add in Mayo a little at a time and mix well. If it is still too dry add more mayo until it's how you like it.
Add in salt and pepper to taste.
