Deltic 55022 at Wigan 14th September 2011

Deltic 55022 "Royal Scots Grey" seen at Wigan North Western on Wednesday 14th September 2011 on Spitfire Railtours "Lochs and Glens Napier" trip to Oban. First seen arriving at 04:30 and then departing back to Warrington & Crewe at Midnight.

As we would be traversing a good section of the West Highland line a small West Highland Terrier (or Scotty Dog) has been applied over the numbers on one side of the locomotive.

Best viewed in 720 or 1080 and turn the sound up for departure!
