The PRESENT CONTINUOUS in Italian (Examples & Practice)

Описание к видео The PRESENT CONTINUOUS in Italian (Examples & Practice)

Ciao! In this Italian lesson, I want to show you how to speak in the present about continuous actions.

This is what you call “present continuous” in English, but there’s not a specific name for this verb tense in Italian.

Anyway, we use the following structure:

"STARE" (in the present tense) + GERUNDIO

Watch the video to learn more: I'll show you the verb "stare" and then I'll tell you how to make the gerund in Italian (gerundio), including a couple of the most important exceptions.

There are also many examples and a practical activity at the end.

Do you have any questions? Just leave it in the comment below … I’ll be happy to help!
