Today we canned Strawberries.. This is so simple and easy to do.
Canning:
Prepare strawberries the night before and put 1 cup (you can add more if you like) sugar. This gives the best juice
Heat strawberries through
add to your hot jars and add hot water where you think they will need it
De Bubble
wipe the rim add a lid and a band
Process for 10 minutes let the lid of your canner 5 minutes
