Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back - Stage 2: Snow Go (Crystal/Clear Gem Get)

Snow Go is the first ice-based level of Crash 2, and therefore, the very first ice-based level in the whole franchise. I love its music. It's as cool as the levels it plays on.

The name seeming to be pun on the phrase "No go".

For now I can only get the Crystal and Clear Gem of this level. I'm going to have to take a secret route from elsewhere if I am to get the Red Gem I passed by here.

After beating this level, another hologram cutscence occurs for getting Gems: An old enemy returns: Dr. N Brio.

He no longer works with Cortex and hates that Crash is "working" with him on gathering the Crystals. He seems to know of Cortex's true plan and wants Crash to get all of the Gems for him, instead.

Brio plans to use all of the Gems to power a laser that destroys Cortex's new and improved Cortex Vortex space station. Until then, he has his own forces that will keep Crash from getting all of the Crystals.

Based on how I'm emulating this game, it looks like cutscene dialouge doesn't sync well as it moves along, and the end of it gets cut off by the game automatically ending the cutscene.
