✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
Total - Sesame(तिल) - 250 Gram
For 1st Recipe:
* Sesame(तिल) - 2 Spoon
* Sugar(चीनी) - 2 Spoon
For 2nd Recipe:
* Sugar(चीनी) - 2 Spoon
* Dry-Fruit(ड्राई फ्रुट) - 2 Spoon
For 3rd Recipe:
* Ghee(घी) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Water(पानी) - 1 Tbsp
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 100 Gram
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Sesame(तिल) - 100 Gram
For 4th Recipe:
* Mawa(मावा) - 50 Gram
* Sesame(तिल) - 100 Gram
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 100 Gram
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
* Til-DryFruits(तिल-सूखे मेवे) - Some
For 5th Recipe:
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1/2 Bowl
* Roasted Peanut(भुनी हुई मूंगफली) - 1/2 Bowl
* Sesame(तिल) - 1/2 Bowl
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 125 Gram
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Tbsp
* Water(पानी) - 1 Tbsp
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp

✍🏻RECIPE:
For 1st Recipe: Grease the Butter Paper with Oil, take a small fry pan put some Sugar in it. Melt the Sugar then adequately put some Sesame Seeds, mix it. and then spread it on the Butter Paper. Roll it as thin as you can with the rolling pin.
For 2nd Recipe: Grease the Butter Paper with Oil, take a small fry pan put some Sugar in it. Melt the Sugar then adequately put some Dryfruit, mix it, and then spread it on the Butter Paper. Roll it as thin as you can with the rolling pin.
For 3rd Recipe: Take a pan, put in Ghee, water, and Jaggery. Melt the then Jaggery add some Cardamom Powder, Baking Soda, Roasted Til mix it well. and make a Laddu.
For 4th Recipe: Take a pan, put Mawa roast it well. then add Jaggery and both melt. then put Cardamom Powder, and Til Powder mix it well. and make a laddoo and wrap it with Till & Dry Fruit.
For 5th Recipe: in a mixer jar, put Roasted peanut, Til grinds it well. then in a pan add Ghee, Water, and Jaggery. Melt the Jaggery then put Desiccated Coconut, and Til Peanut Powder Mix it well. and make a laddoo In this way types Healthy Mithai is ready to serve.
