Hafren Forest Walk - Llanidloes - Walking in Mid Wales: Part 4

Описание к видео Hafren Forest Walk - Llanidloes - Walking in Mid Wales: Part 4

Hafren Forest is named after Afon Hafren which is the Welsh name for the River Severn and is absolutely beautiful! The area we visited had a good sized carpark with toilets, and a very detailed notice board of the walks you can follow. We chose one that was roughly three and a half miles and followed the River Severn through the forest and over open areas, letting you just take in the breathtaking views! The good surfaced paths lead you to the Blaen Hafren Waterfall, which is definitely worth the walk there. While we were walking, we saw an abundance of birds darting in and out of the shrubs along with dragonflies and bees - the whole walk was alive with nature! This was a walk that I could've spent the day just ambling along, or just sitting by the river... it was so enjoyable.

This is the fourth video of our holiday in Mid Wales... more to follow, so if you enjoyed watching this one and are looking for areas to visit in Mid Wales, please do consider subscribing to be sure to catch more of my holiday adventures. A thumbs up would be great and maybe drop me a comment about the video. You might also like to check out my other videos of my walks closer to home in England around Norfolk and Suffolk.

Thanks for watching, Jenny x
