Setting Up Your CRF450L Suspension for Adventure! Part 1

Описание к видео Setting Up Your CRF450L Suspension for Adventure! Part 1

The CRF450L's suspension is soft to begin with. What does it take to get it to ride well and within specs when it's loaded down for week or more of adventure riding with luggage. AND we're going to talk about adding a heavier spring.

FRONT FORK SPRING - Your fork spring is rated at 5.1. According to Race Tech's site this spring is a bit heavy for my "dual sport" mode rides, and just right for my adventure mode rides. Therefore I did not replace my front fork springs - and so I failed to show you how to check front fork sag. Srry.
