Hoa ước hẹn (約束の花) ở đây lời hứa giữa Maquia và Erial là "sẽ không khóc". Trang trí (かざろう) gợi cho ta cảm giác không khí vui tươi, không phải là sầu thảm. Cả tên bộ phim có thể hiểu là: "Dù là ngày biệt ly thì chúng ta cũng đừng khóc mà hãy cười lên.

The promised flowers (約束の花‘) is the promise between Maquia and Erial that Maquia wouldn't cry. "Let's Decorate" make you think of something good. So the anime's name means somehing like "Let's smile and don't cry even though it's the farewell day".
