Join me for a super sweaty 10 minute LEGS + BOOTY HIIT WORKOUT to burn calories and tone your legs and glutes. There will be lots of explosive jumping and plyometrics in todays workout, but I'll be providing low impact options throughout. This is a NO WRISTS workout, so that means no planks or burpees!
