Creating delicious cinnamon rolls using frozen yeast roll dough is an easy way to satisfy your cravings for a sweet treat without the hassle of making dough from scratch. With just a few simple steps, you can enjoy warm and gooey cinnamon rolls in no time.


Recipe
18 frozen yeast roll dough balls

Filling
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Icing
1/2 stick salted butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk

Additional items you will need
Rolling pin
Flour
9 x 9 square baking pan
Butter to coat the baking pan
Olive oil

In a large bowl add in a drizzle of olive oil with your frozen yeast roll dough balls. Coat the dough in the olive oil and place it in the microwave for 30 seconds, then remove it from the microwave and toss the balls around to make sure they evenly thaw. Repeat this step two additional times or you can let the dough thaw out on the counter. After your dough has fully thawed out, need the dough together and form it into a large ball place it back in your mixing bowl and coat all sides with olive oil. Then cover it with a paper towel or foil and let it rise for one hour. In a separate bowl, add in your light brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and mix it until it is fully combined. In another separate bowl no together your room, temperature, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla,milk and mix it together until it is fully combined, then place it in the refrigerator covered. After the dough has resin, flour your surface and add your dough. Roll it out into a large thin rectangle. Apply your room temperature butter completely over the dough and then sprinkle your brown sugar cinnamon mixture evenly. Tightly roll the dough from the longest end until it is fully rolled up. Cut the cinnamon roll into 11 cinnamon rolls and place it into a buttered baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes on the middle rack. Let it cool for 10 minutes or until your desired temperature. Top it with the icing and serve.
