yield: 28 to 30 pcs. donut

chocolate donut ingredients:
500 grams bread flour
50 grams milk powder (1/2 cup)
50 grams cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
10 grams instant dry yeast (2 tsp.)
1 and 1/4 cup water (320 ml.)
1/2 tsp salt
80 grams sugar (mali po yung nasa video sorry, the amount of sugar written in the video was suppose for 1 kilo of flour.
70 grams margarine or butter (1/3 cup)


chocolate filling:
1/2 cup cocoa powder (50 grams)
1 cup sugar (200 grams)
1 can evaporated milk (370 ml)
6 tbsp. cornstarch dilluted in water
2 tbsp. margarine or butter

chocolate glaze:
1 and 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup boiling water
you can add coffee powder

for Streusel:
50 grams cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
50 grams milk powder (1/2 cup)
100 grams sugar (1/2 cup)

oil for frying
