Candy Bar Apple Salad, Pepper Jack Bubble Bake, and Back Porch Update

Pepper Jack Chicken Bubble Bake
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chopped chicken
2 cups chopped spinach
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup sour cream
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp paprika
1½ cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese, divided
1 can grands biscuits
1 cup French fried onions
1 cup milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Combine chicken, spinach, soup, sour cream, fried onions, milk, and 1 cup of the cheese. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture.
Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered for 5 -10 more minutes to melt the cheese.
