Ive been playing with different morning routines for the past year and these are the top habits of a successful morning that will have you firing on all cylinders mentally and physically throughout the day!

1) Morning Mindfulness - When I first become conscious of my thoughts in the morning I begin thinking and picturing of 3 people of who im close with and wish good things upon their life and then I began thinking of 3 things that im Grateful for.

2) Visualization - I begin feeling and picturing where I want to see myself in 3 years and then think of the 3 things im going to do that day to get closer towards exactly that.

3) Hydrate! - Waking up in the morning is when we are most dehydrated. Drinking water first thing in the morning will not only help lubricate all of your joints and ligaments but our mind is also 70% water so it will wake up our mind and have it functioning effectively as well!

4. Morning Oxygenation - Our bodies and mind both run on oxygen! getting in big deep breaths in the morning will alkaline your blood and activate all of your cells.

5. Cold Showers - Bring us into the present moment while expanding our comfort zone, strengthening our immune system and getting our bodies much more effective at taking in oxygen and releasing it into our blood stream.

6. Blueprint/ Journaling day - After the surge of blood and oxygen throughout my body is when my mind will be at its clearest. I will begin writing in my sketchbook, reviewing my goals and planning my day/week/etc.

7) Morning "Super Smoothie" - After the morning fast is the best time to take in as much nourishment as possible. This is where we take as much nutrition as we can possibly fit into a blender and now we're properly nourished to have every system in our bodies firing on all cylinders.
