Gauri & Nitin Dhamale
Ingredients –
Pomfret– 400gm
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tablespoon ( Add few boiled Kashmiri Red chilies while making paste for color)
Fresh Coriander – 1 teaspoon Chopped
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tea spoon
Rice flour – 5 to 6 tablespoon. (add little salt mix well )
Dry Kokum – 6 to 8 petals ( Soak in water and make pulp )
Salt – to taste
Oil- 2 to 3 Tbs for frying

Method –
• Clean the fish add slits to it
• Make Marination of Kokum pulp, Giger garlic paste, Spices and herbs and salt. Smear on fish we Keep for 10min
• Take Rice flour mixture in plate and coat fish on both sides with little pressure
• Shallow Fry in hot oil for 5 to 7 min on both sides till fish is cooked
• Serve hot and enjoy
