You’d never think this combination would work but it does! This Ghee Chocolate Iced Coffee is rich, nutty and refreshing - the kind of drink you’ll want on repeat ☕ Welcome to Episode 6 of BIY: Brew It Yourself where I share easy, café-style coffee recipes that you can make right at home!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp ghee
4 tbsps milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp dark chocolate
1 tbsp sugar

1/2 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp coffee powder
4 tbsps hot water
1/2 tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt

Process:

To make the ghee chocolate sauce combine the milk and ghee in a pan
⁠Add in the sugar and let it dissolve
⁠Bring the mixture up to a simmer and add in the cocoa powder
⁠Continuously whisk until the mixture is smooth
⁠Finish with the chocolate and salt and stir to combine
⁠Combine 2 tbsps of the chocolate sauce with instant coffee, sugar and hot water and froth with a coffee frother or stir to combine
⁠Let everything cool down
⁠Assemble with ice, milk and the coffee chocolate mix
⁠Stir and enjoy!
