🍙Ingredients
Rice: 2 cups
Water: Approximately 480ml
★ 250g chicken thigh
★ A pinch of salt
★ A pinch of black pepper
★ Olive oil
★ 1 tablespoon sake
★ 1 tablespoon mirin
★ 1 teaspoon sugar
★ 1 tablespoon soy sauce
50g shimeji mushrooms
1/3 carrot
4 green beans
1 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon white dashi

🍙Directions
①Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
②Add olive oil to a frying pan and cook the chicken starting with the skin side down.
③Once the chicken is cooked through, season with sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. 
④Cut the carrot into pieces.
⑤Put rice, water, carrot, shimeji mushrooms, and the chicken into the rice cooker.  Use approximately 480ml of water, but fill it up to the 2-cup line.
⑥Once you've added the ingredients to the rice cooker, just turn it on and wait.
⑦While the rice is cooking, place the green beans in a microwave-safe dish and microwave for 2 minutes, then chop them finely.
⑧Once the rice is done cooking, add the chopped green beans and mix well.
⑥Fill the rice into onigiri molds, pressing firmly to shape the onigiri.
