When Femi Oguns was starting out in an industry where he was a minority, he could have easily abandoned hope and given up. But in a motivational talk, he discusses how his faith and his passion fuelled the creation of Identity Acting School, responsible for producing several acting stars and is now fast addressing the very issues he grappled with.

Femi Oguns, MBE is founder of the Identity School of Acting and
Identity Agency Group, founded to bring diversity to the arts; the school
was the first for black and minority ethnic actors. In 2017 Femi became
the first agent in the UK to be awarded with a special jury prize by the
British Independent Film Award (BIFA) for his contribution to the British
