► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 8 Circuits
✔️ 2 Bodyweight Exercises Per Circuit (Strength + Power/Plyo)
✔️ Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest)
✔️Repeat Each Circuit x1 Set (No Repeats)

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE
Strength: Air Squats
Power: In/Out Squat Jumps

2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO
Strength: Push Up + Knee Drive
Power: Burpees

3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE
Strength: Step Back Lunges
Power: Lunge Jumps

4️⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR
Strength: Inchworm Walk Out + Shoulder Reaches
Power: 3 Count Mountain Climbers

5️⃣ CIRCUIT FIVE
Strength: Lateral Lunges
Power: Lateral Shuffle

6️⃣ CIRCUIT SIX
Strength: V-Sit Punches
Power: Alternating Prisoner Get Up + Single Leg Bound

7️⃣ CIRCUIT SEVEN
Strength: Squat Pulses
Power: Jumping Jack + Squat Jack

8️⃣ CIRCUIT EIGHT
Strength: Lying Knee + Straight Leg Crunch
Power: Bicycle Crunches
