Basketball Shot Technique (B.E.E.F.) | Coach Rowe - OzSwoosh

Coach Craig Rowe is a professional skill development coach with over 30 years experience. Here is a clip from his video sold to schools across Australia in 1997 explaining the BEEF shot technique. Using universals as a technique to help explain each method to each letter of the Acronym.
B = Balance = Knees Bent, Back Straight, Head Up, Hands Up - Like sitting in a chair
E = Eye = Look at the ring, pick a spot and focus on it (front, back or middle of ring)
E = Elbow = Under the ball, it's like a hinge on a door, only goes one way, so must be under ball
F = Follow-Through = As knees straighten, elbows straighten, elbow finishes above eyebrows, fingers pointing at basketbal, palm facing floor
