Welcome to your workout!

Today, I have 30-minute Full Body HIIT Workout with Dumbbells. While this workout is low impact, it includes 2 minute cardio finisher.

When working with weights, move with control. There will be a few exercises where we will be using momentum, such as dumbbell swings, but overall, be respectful of your weights.

The format of this workout will be 40 second work periods followed by 15 second rests, with a 2 minute cardio finisher. We will be working circuit-style repeating each movement twice, engaging both upper and lower body. Time will fly by!

Please remember to warm up your entire body for at least 5 minutes prior to exercising. Here is my warm up routine:
