Sandwich Reball Tutorial - The Latest Method for iPhone 15. Step By Step Mijing Stencil & i2C Heater

In this video, I will show you the process of reballing an iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Plus logic board. I use the Mijing Reballing Stencil and the i2C T20 AI Heater.

The iPhone 15 sandwich design is different than previous models. It has battery connector on one layer & the screen connector on the other. In other words, you HAVE to sandwich the board together for the phone to boot.

Sadly, at the very end, we did end up with some issues, like Grayed Out WiFi. Although I do believe I may have messed something in the initial split, as I didn't have the right tools at that time.
