Unless you have a retarded set of taste buds or live under a rock you should already be a fan of Thai cuisine, especially their red and green curries! I've been making these curries for years and have settled on a simple Australian version using jars of premade curry paste for the essential curry core and chicken as the meat. Quick, easy and delicious! Not quite as good as a good restaurant version of the real thing but better than a mediocre restaurant version for sure! Enjoy!
