Green chana poriyal! ❤️

I loveeee Hara chana and I love a good poriyal so this just seemed like the perfect match!

Recipe: boil 1 cup fresh/frozen hara chana

Heat 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil, 3/4 tsp mustard seeds, 3/4 tsp urad dal.
Let the seeds splitter and urad dal turn golden.

Add 3 dried chillies, 1/4 tsp hing, 12-14 curry leaves and sauté.

Now add a pinch or two of turmeric powder and stir.

Add the boiled chana, salt, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 green chilli finely chopped.
Cover and cook.

Once the water evaporates, add 3 tbsp grated coconut. Mix it in and turn off the heat.

Serve hot❤️❤️
