15 MINUTE STANDING ABS + TONED ARMS WORKOUT | DUMBBELLS ONLY | NO REPEATS

Let's get our abs and underarms (chest & triceps) working with this power 15 minute workout - no repeat!

In this workout at home, we will be alternating between 30 seconds abs and 30 seconds chest + triceps exercises. You can't target a specific area for fat or weight loss, but you can strengthen it! This workout is aimed at strengthening your abs (& obliques) as well as your underarm "bra bulge" area (focusing on the chest & triceps here for that).

Please pause the video and take breaks if you need to: this is a TOUGH 15 minute workout! I am using my 10 lbs (4.5 kg) dumbbells throughout, but please feel free to use whichever weight is best suited for you.
