Kendall Reusing Wins Big: Competing for Team USA at USA Grappling | Full Match Coverage Ep. 5

In this special Road To ADCC episode, we have a lil detour into competition land!! 😊🫶🏼🇺🇸 I was invited to compete in Los Angeles at the USA Grappling World Team Trials, for a chance to represent the Team US at World Championships this October in Astana, Kazakhstan. Yes, all of that is a mouthful. 😂

In the episode, I explain alllll about how this works, work through wanting to throw up with competition nerves (the usual for me lol), break down real-time tournament adjustments after matches, and bring you through the process start to finish. This event was a great opportunity to collect data for ADCC, too, and gave me great insight into what needs to be sharpened in the next 7 weeks or so till the big show.
