All Grain Brew Day | BIAB | New Brew Bag | PH Mistake!

In this video I test out The Brew Bag for the first time and it turns out to be the best BIAB bag i've owned so far! I brew another iteration of my house Pale Ale to test out the new bag and along the way i discover that I'm adding my acid additions at the wrong time which is why my PH level came out too high again!

Beer Brewed: Pale Ale
3.5kg Gladfield Ale Malt
400gm Light Crystal
200gm Wheat
Boil: 25gm Chinook @ 60min
Dry Hop: 50gm Galaxy 25gm Enigma
Fermented 7 days at 18-21c in a gravity fermenter, cold crashed and served from Fermenter King Junior
