Water-3/4 cup
Salt-1/2 tbsp
Powdered sugar-1tbsp
Baking soda-1/4 tsp
ENO-1/2 tsp
Citric acid-1/4 tsp. OR lime juice-1tbsp

For Tadka-
Oil - 2 tsp
Rai-1/2tsp
Water-1 cup
Sugar- 1 tsp
Green chilly-2
Few curry leaves
Coriander leaves to garnish
