Today I smashed my upper body very well.
I can’t cal this workout HUGH VOLUME but it was just enough to feel the core!

I gave you an options with resistance bands and paralletes. You can try to restructure the given sets the way you want. You can even do the whole workout only with resistance bands.

So what you can!

This workout name and style is inspired by “CRYSIS” video game.

Equipment: Parallettes , Resistance bands

Royal Marines Count: Standing Push Press (60 reps)

Set Number 1:

1. 10-20 pull-ups (regular or rb assisted)
2. 5-10 paused Elevated feet Pike Push-ups on Parallettes (regular grip)
3. 15-30 leg raise on dips
4. 10-20 regular row
5. 10-20 Elevated feet Pike Push-ups on Parallettes (regular grip)

Set Number 2:

1. 10-20 inverted pull-ups (regular or rb assisted)
2. 5-10 paused explosive standing push press w rb
3. 30-60 wide plank jump back & forward on parallettes
4. 10-20 inverted row
5. 10-20 explosive standing push press w rb

Set Number 3:

1. 10-20 close grip pull-ups (regular or rb assisted)
2. 5-10 paused Elevated feet Pike Push-ups on Parallettes (parallel grip)
3. 15-30 leg raise on dips
4. 10-20 close grip row
5. 10-20 Elevated feet Pike Push-ups on Parallettes (parallel grip)

Set Number 4:

1. 10-20 inverted close grip pull-ups (regular or rb assisted)
2. 5-10 paused explosive seated push press w rb
3. 30-60 cross leg plank jump on parallettes
4. 10-20 inverted row
5. 10-20 explosive seated push press w rb
