準備工作:
1.奶油先放室溫軟化。
2.帕瑪森乳酪先磨成粉狀備用。
3.烤箱190度先預熱。

Preparation:

3. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

步驟如下:
1.除鹽及奶油之外,將高筋麵粉放入攪拌盆中,依序加入糖、酵母、雞蛋及鮮奶,先用低速攪拌成糰。
2.再放入奶油及鹽,繼續攪拌均勻。
3.整型後放入容器中,等待第一次發酵60分鐘。
4.取出麵糰分割成三等份,滾圓後休息15分鐘左右。
5.取一麵糰排出氣體,如影片中的方式,擀成長方形,用手捲成圓柱體,底部捏緊。
6.表面沾上帕瑪森起士粉,將三個麵糰平均放在烤盤上。
7.放入烤箱中發酵60分鐘。
8.在麵糰表面切割,在切割處擠上大蒜奶油醬,撒入巴西里葉及義式香料,放入已預熱完的烤箱中,190度烘烤15分鐘。
9.中間烤盤對調一次,使其均勻上色。
10.香氣四溢的香蒜帕瑪森起士麵包就出爐囉。

Steps:

4. Take out the dough and divide it into three equal parts. Reshape it and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
5. Take a piece of dough and expel the air by rolling it into a rectangle, as shown in the video. Next, roll it into a cylinder shape and pinch the bottom tightly.
6. Dip the surface in Parmesan cheese, and place the three doughs evenly on the baking tray.
7. Put the dough in the oven to ferment for 60 minutes.
8. Cut on the surface of the dough, squeeze the garlic sauce, and sprinkle some basil leaves and Italian spices. Put it in the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
9. Switch the baking tray once at half-time to make it evenly colored.
10. Enjoy the creamy garlic bread!
