Antigua, Guatemala 🇬🇹 Solo

Come explore Antigua, Guatemala with me! I took Copa Airlines from Denver (DEN) to Guatemala City (GUA), and they gave me free stopover in Panama City, Panama (PAN). (You can have up to 7 days free stopover, which I recommend!).

Then I took a collectivo shuttle for $20USD from the Guatemala City airport to Antigua. (There is an ATM on the first level of the parking garage across from arrivals in the airport where you need to withdraw Quetzales).

I woke up at 5 a.m. in order to get photos at the Santa Catalina Arch with no other tourists in it.

I also worked remotely, if anyone is interested, the internet was great, however, the power went off one day in our area and I had to reschedule virtual meetings for the following day.

After Antigua, I took a shuttle to Lake Atitlan (Panajachel), and took a water taxi to San Pedro La Laguna. I stayed in Casa Tzancucha in front of the lake with Airbnb hosted by Julian (not sponsored, but I recommend for the view and the excellent host. I did not film horizontally during my time at Lake Atitlan because I was mostly relaxing, so I just created content for reels. However, that bonus footage appears at the end of this video, plus the fun dancing door scavenger hunt reel I made in Antigua.
