In this full body travel workout, you'll be working your entire body! This workout is great for staying in shape on the go, and it can be done in just a few minutes. All you need is a set of resistance bands!

Start your day with a full body workout, and you'll be able to keep up with your busy travel schedule! This workout is easy to follow and will help you stay fit and flexible while you're on the go!

Exercise List:

1- Arnold Press 3 sets x 10-15 reps
2- Banded Push Up 3 sets x 10-15 reps
3- Bent Over Row 3 sets x 10-15 reps
4- Supinated/Pronated Grip Bicep Curls
3 x 6-10 reps each grip variation. 10 breath break between grips variations.
5- Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension 3 sets x 10-15 reps
6- RDL 3 sets x 10-15 reps
7- X-Band Squat 3 sets x 10-15 reps
8- Split Squats 3 sets x 10-15 reps (each leg)
