Vasisthasana - Side Plank Pose -
Go on all fours with body resting hands and toes. Bring your right foot forward in 90 degrees , left foot bent slightly at the toe, turn your body towards the side, raise your right hand facing up, rest the body with your left hand. Stay in position for few seconds. Bring right hand back to floor resume the legs in previous position. Repeat the same with left foot forward. Repeat the same for 3 sets.
