🟢材料:
絞碎豬肉 250 克
大白菜 1 棵
冬菇 2 隻
薑、蔥白 適量
蠔油 1 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
鹽 1/4 茶匙
胡椒粉、澱粉水、油 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 將豬肉與薑米、蔥白、冬菇粒、胡椒粉、1/4 茶匙鹽、1 茶匙糖、1 茶匙蠔油、適量澱粉水和食油拌勻。
2️⃣ 大白菜切去頭部,汆水煮軟,撈出後浸泡在冷水中降溫。
3️⃣ 用大白菜葉把調好的豬肉包成卷狀。
4️⃣ 水滾下鍋大火下蒸 12-15 分鐘,根據肉卷的大小而定。
5️⃣ 倒出肉卷碟中汁液,加入少許蠔油勾芡,淋在肉卷上即可。

🟢Ingredients:
Minced pork - 250g
Chinese leaf (Napa Cabbage) - 1 head
Dried shiitake mushrooms - 2 pieces
Ginger, spring onion (white part) - as needed
Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
White pepper powder, cornstarch slurry, oil - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Mix minced pork with ginger, spring onions, diced shiitake mushrooms, white pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oyster sauce, and appropriate amount of starch slurry and oil.
2️⃣ Remove the head of the Chinese leaf and blanch it in boiling water until slightly softened. Remove and soak it in cold water to cool down.
3️⃣ Use Chinese leaf to wrap the seasoned minced pork into rolls.
4️⃣ Steam over high heat for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the rolls.
5️⃣ Pour the sauce from the rolls and add a little oyster sauce to thicken, and pour it over the pork rolls.
