🟢材料:
牛肉 270 克
粉絲 100克
蒜頭、薑、蔥適量
牛肉高湯 1 粒 (雞肉湯粒也可)
沙茶醬 1 湯匙
生抽 2 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
蠔油 1 茶匙
澱粉水 2 湯匙
油 1 湯匙
胡椒粉 少許
老抽少許 (可選)

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 牛肉切片,加入薑片和少許胡椒粉、 2 茶匙生抽、1 茶匙糖、1 茶匙蠔油、 2 湯匙澱粉水醃15-30分鐘。
2️⃣ 牛肉高湯粒用少許熱水調開,加冷水成為300毫升高湯。將粉絲沖洗一下,放入高湯中浸泡15分鐘。
3️⃣ 鍋中爆香薑片、蒜片及紅蔥頭,加入高湯及粉絲蓋上鍋蓋煮 3 分鐘。
4️⃣ 另起鍋加入少許油,爆香薑片和蒜片,加入 1 湯匙沙茶醬爆香,加入醃好的牛肉,煮至牛肉 8 成熟左右,離火。
5️⃣ 把煮好的牛肉放入粉絲鍋中,加入少許蔥段,蓋上鍋蓋淋入少許紹興酒,即可上桌享用。

🟢Ingredients:
Beef - 270g
Vermicelli - 100g
Garlic, Ginger, Spring Onion - as needed
Beef Stock Cube (Chicken stock cube can also be used) - 1 cube
Satay BBQ Sauce - 1 tablespoon
Light Soy Sauce - 2 teaspoons
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Oyster Sauce - 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch Slurry - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 1 tablespoon
White Pepper Powder - a pinch
Dark Soy Sauce - a dash (optional)

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Slice the beef and marinate it with ginger, a pinch of white pepper powder, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch water for 15-30 minutes.
2️⃣ Dissolve the beef stock in a small amount of hot water and add cold water to make 300ml of broth. Wash the vermicelli and soak it in the broth for 15 minutes.
3️⃣ Stir-fry ginger, garlic, and shallot in a pot. Add the broth and vermicelli, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
4️⃣ Heat some oil in another pot, stir-fry ginger and garlic, add 1 tablespoon of satay BBQ sauce and stir-fry. Add the marinated beef and stir fry until it is about 80% done, then turn off the heat.
5️⃣ Place the beef in the vermicelli pot, add some spring onions, cover the pot, and pour in a little Shaoxing wine. Serve hot.
