This is a sample warm up from an Athlete For Life Full Body training session where I take you through it step by step.

While this takes less time in real life as I'm not talking through it, the first time you go through it may take you 15+ minutes but you can cut that down to 12 or so (if you have the time there is nothing wrong with spending more time on warm ups).

The soft tissue work is the one where you determine 3-4 areas you'll work on that make the most sense for that training session. Do not roll out "everything", be strategic.
